We got TJ’s information from our local facebook page after our hot water went out sunday. On monday we called a couple places who all said they’d call back but didn’t. We called TJ yesterday afternoon and he answered on the second ring. He stayed on the phone with my husband asking questions to try to figure out what the issue was in case it was something we could do ourselves. When it became apparent it was an issue that needed a professional, he said he could have someone come out today. Scott came out this morning, and fixed our issue!! hot water restored after 5 days!! Then, my husband asked about an additional issue with a pipe in our bathroom while scott was still here. He didn’t have the part on him, but went out of his way to go to the hardware store near by, get the piece and replace it for us so we wouldn’t get charged for someone coming out twice. We are immensely thankful and will undoubtedly be using TJ for all future plumbing and heating issues! Couldn’t recommend more!!!

I highly recommend TJ for all your plumbing needs. He and his crew not only did a great job, but were extremely professional and efficient. They completed the job well before scheduled and clean up was immaculate. I will definitely only be using them going forward.
