My dog has been a member of TDI since 2021. For 2 years, it has been a struggle to renew his certification through this site. The phone is disconnected, they don't respond to emails. This organization is a joke and I would recommend them to no one. It is a monumental waste of your time.

Don't even deserve 1 star. I was with them for my first therapy dog and while not efficient they did get credentials processed and answer questions or issues. With my second therapy dog things have been awful. Website doesn't function, no calls answered ir returned, cannot email them. I sent in credentials to receive recognition for my dogs 50 or 100th therapy visit and received back an empty envelope with the patch he should have received. Many were telling me that they sent in $$ and checks weren't cashed, credentials were not sent. I decided to leave and test with another organization. I did and am so happy we made that decision. They are being removed as recommended...read full review

Unprofessional office staff, zero communication by email or otherwise, they took everyone's registration money for 2026 and then shut down all communication. Look elsewhere for therapy dog certifications and needs.
