The actual dentistry work was great.. however it look 40min to go in for my appointment, and when I came out to check out no one was at reception and was told they were all at a meeting? I was then told to call later to follow up. Didn’t think a regular dentist visit would take 2hrs!
So far so good. I have going to Rand Dental for about a year. There are helpful and courteous. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but they make sure I'm comfortable and explain everything that is going on. Helps to put my nerves at ease.
I have recently switched to Rand from another dentist, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. I have anxiety about dental work, and the doctors and hygienists made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout all the procedures I've had done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!
