They responded in a timely manner, provided all the background information, were very thorough and timely, and gave a clear recommendation to resolve the issue. While the solution was a bit expensive, and I may have been able to find it a bit cheaper, I felt they had a corresponding quality of workmanship. “We have been using them since April and love them! We have had some hornet issues and they are always very friendly and professional when they come out. We have them treat the yard monthly for mosquitoes and ticks. Since treatments started we hav not seen a single tick on our dog where as before we were constantly finding them. I also love that they have organic options since we have small children, a pet and well water I'm not a huge fan of using chemical pesticides.“
