We purchased our replacement windows from Matt's Glass over 20 years ago. The windows were cost-effective and performed beautifully. However, we recently experienced difficulty closing the casement windows. As we had a lifetime warranty, we contacted Rick and were informed that the manufacturer went out of business. Rick notified Matt, and the problem was abated quickly and without fee. It is a rarity to find a distributor who will stand behind their products for this duration. Matt's Glass is a great business which will help you with your glass needs big or small. I really like having a great glass/window/door business like this in my area because I know they will help me with my needs and treat me fairly.
We have purchased windows and installation services from Matt's Glass on several occasions over the years. Most recently, we purchased a replacement to the picture window in our kitchen. The old window had become cloudy. Matt's delivered a new picture window and reduced the price by $100 because it was easier than they expected. (This was NOT expected!) It turned out that the new window was causing some noise when doors in the house were closed.
