I had a great experience with Innovative Electrical! I called the day before I needed a new outlet installed for a sump pump. They had availability, lucky me! Really nice person who I scheduled with. The electrician was prompt, friendly and professional. The job didn't take long and the pump is working fine. I'll definitely call them when we do our next big project.
Innovative Electric has gone out of their way to ensure my generator was fully functioning ahead of a hurricane years ago. They were fully booked, but they made it work, true dedication which I will never forget. This knowledgeable team from the back office to the field technicians are the friendliest, most accommodative and dedicated group; just a very skilled and caring team.
