Update - this was a miscommunication. I took my pants back and they hemmed them up as I wanted and they came out excellent! 4 stars
They were told to hem a pair of pants that were brand new. My husband dropped them off last week he specifically said hem!! They didn’t hem them they cut them and sent them back to me cut with out being hemmed. I will call them on Monday to replace them since they are now too short to be hemmed up. They ruined my new pants that I just purchased!
