Had unfortunate events today well this morning. Cops called Haines towing to get me off turnpike. 5 out of 5 service. From the moment the first rollback showed up. First truck couldn’t get it called for a heavy truck. Guy in heavy truck was very nice and made the experience of towing my truck I bought 4 hours prior a lot better. I was stranded on the side of NJ Turnpike N at 2 am on a Thursday. My RR could not be serviced on the side of the row so, Haines Towing was dispatched to take my car. Now, there is not much comfort one can receive when your vehicle is disabled and your travel plans have just been obliterated.
The operator who transported me was pleasant, professional and courteous at 3 am. I was towed back to Haines’ dispatch office and had to wait until post 6am for AAA to assist and tow my car back to my home state, DE. A week ago, a car I had just purchased put me down completely on the New Jersey Turnpike while I was on my way home at night to North Carolina, and Haines Towing was a lifesaver. The Tow driver was understanding and offered some possible suggestions for fixing the car, and then, when I arrived at the Haines Towing facility, I met Jessica (Jess!) She was a blessing and very helpful to me. Her professionalism, hospitality, and helpfulness were amazing, and this was all late at night. Then, around midnight, it was time for a shift change, and I met Melissa. Melissa was also very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.
