I have been a customer of Russo Seamless gutters for over 14 years. When I had a leaky roof, I called them first for an evaluation. Turned out I needed a new roof, including 20 plywood panels replaced. The company Rep, James, gave me a reasonable estimate and explained the full process to me. As some of the panels needed to be replaced, he even came over and helped me cover the items I had stored in the attic, Great service. There was a snow storm coming so Russo put on a large crew to get it all done in one day before the storm, which they did.. A few days later, they came back to totally clean up my property. The roofing job was perfect and stress free for me. But thats not all. Unfortunately, the company that supplied the dumpster damaged my garage door. This is where Russo really shined. They had my back and made sure that the damage was fixed to my complete satisfaction.They always kept in touch and up to date. I want to especially thank, Angie, Jeff and Al for their great communication. Nice to know their are companies like Russo out there that do great work and have great customer service!
