“I started to really notice my shoulder pain as my daughter got older. It was becoming difficult to pick her up out of her crib and out of the car. I sought help and found Downtown Physicians. Initially I was diagnosed by Christian. He took one look at my posture and my profession (working at a computer all day) and diagnosed me. I received a trigger point injection which provided immediate relief. However, I wanted more. My fitness goal is to be able to pick up my daughter so I began physical therapy with Abby and her team. It was difficult to begin with but I persisted. I got stronger and more flexible after 8 weeks. I’m happy to say I have a much greater range of motion and I feel much stronger after doing PT with Abby at Downtown Physicians. I would recommend their services to anyone in pain.”

“I was a professional ice hockey player for eight years and for years and years I dealt with neck and back pain in 2022. I fell and broke a bone in the left side of my back when it healed something happened to where I ruptured four discs in the middle of my back and I was in bed for basically six months now I have been watching the ringer and watching Dr. Johnson in Texas give people the ring dinger and hoping one day I could get it not knowing there was a doctor whose team ringer in New York. I was very depressed. Thought that I would never be able to walk right again or work out during this time. I gained over 40 pounds I saw Dr. Shani time and time now is about four months in that four months. I’ve lost over 25 pounds and I’m back to working out and I’m excited for next weeks second adjustment. I think all people that are skeptical about this technique. Take it from me. I was skeptical, but this changed my life. I thought I was gonna not be able to walk be heavy overweight and be aching with my back the whole whole time doctors were saying oh you’re gonna need major back surgery, but since I got the ringer and my adjustment the first time I’ve made this much of an improvement and I’m looking forward to next Wednesday’s appointment”

“This is such a great practice. I’ve been to lots of PT practices around the city and this one beats them all. Great atmosphere, really lovely team, nice location. For pelvic floor / pregnancy PT specifically I couldn’t recommend Ranjitha Mohan more. She’s extremely knowledgeable, skilled, passionate about her work, understanding, and resourceful and will do everything she can to alleviate issues. She’s been so tremendously helpful during my pregnancy and beyond and was able to resolve most if not all of my issues.”

I've worked primarily with Maddie and Megan and I must say that the progress that I've made with my injury would be not possible without their expertise. Even the therapists I haven't worked with are so obviously thorough, professional and on their game that you know you'd be in good hands with anyone.
