Steer clear of this salon. The service was highly unprofessional, and they engaged in deceptive practices. Initially quoted one price, they unexpectedly raised it later on. Despite showing them a picture, they completely misunderstood what I wanted. When I asked for corrections, they demanded additional payment only at checkout. I paid the originally agreed amount, but they threatened to involve the police. My hair turned out disastrous; I paid $50 for light curls but received none. When attempts to fix it added excessive curls I didn't request, they tried charging me an extra $30. Me and my friends hair came out HORRIBLE. we walked in for a blow out each and was originally told it would be $50 for me since my hair was longer and $40 for my girl. At the end they charged me $60 and I’ve never had such a bad blow out with curls in my life. My friend (red haired) they tried charging $70!! Because they added curls in her hair. Which made no sense cus my hair is longer and they tried charging her more, schemers! She refused to pay that and only paid $50 and they threatened to call the cops on us. Never again! Horrible experience . Not only did I not like how she dyed my hair but I disliked how she treated me . I asked for honey brown highlights , she made my hair look so blonde, it looked white. After I saw how my hair was white, I told her to tone it down , and she did the top , red I asked her for light brown , she made my hair so uneven . My hair looks horrible , because of her. She started brushing my hair in such an aggressive way . I do not recommend you to go there. The last pic is what I wanted .
