VIP has been a huge part of my life, health and sanity! I love all the trainers! The group fitness classes are a great way to lose weight, build strength and stay in shape! If you’re looking for a gym that delivers results, I’d highly recommend VIP! ??

VIP Fitness is place to go if you are looking for fun, professional and enthusiastic trainers! Antonia is my trainer and she motivates you to push yourself and by the end of the sessions or classes, you will feel you had great workout. In 6 weeks, I went from size 4-6 to size 2. Great place to go!!

VIP fitness is the real deal!! I joined back in 2018 and lost 20 pounds my first 6 weeks, Brian knows what he’s doing, he has this down to a science, but YOU need to be motivated and wanting to put the work in! The classes are 45 mins long and they are full body work outs. I stopped going unfortunately because life got in the way. Then since the start of 2020 when the pandemic started I gained a lot of weight, I was so down, depressed & so out of shape. I called Brian 6 weeks ago and started the challenge again!
