These guys are 6plus stars! My home computer network crashed on a Monday 4 pm. I work from home so my goose was cooked. Two other vendors did not help. Phoned TPK and spoke to Ralph. Tom calledme back. Tuesday noon I picked up new router plus switches etc Tom walked me thru set up. I was up and running at 1:30 pm, less than 24 hours after crash! Fantastic! Why call any other vendor? Thanks
