I did not have to guess and select a particular facial beforehand. Laurel examined my skin, asked me a few questions and then gave me a custom facial to meet my needs. She answered my questions as she was giving me the facial and suggested some types of products for me to use at home. I appreciated that she did not try to upsell me services nor sell products to me.<br><br>She works on her own, so does not have to follow set procedures like they do in the chain places.<br><br>It's almost a week later and my skin feels and looks much better! I will definitely be going back to Laurel. And will not wait as long to get my next facial.”
