I contacted several landscaping companies, but as soon as I met Peter, I knew Sponzilli was the right choice.<br><br>Our project included replacing and expanding our existing patio, installing a drainage system to address ongoing water issues, and refreshing our landscaping. From start to finish, Peter was fantastic. He responded quickly to every email, no matter how small the question, and was always upfront, transparent, and honest throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured into making decisions or adding to the project, the experience was stress-free.<br><br>Our town had several additional permit requirements that made the approval process much more complicated than expected. Everyone at Sponzilli stayed on top of the process, keeping us informed along the way.<br><br>The installation crew was also great. They were courteous, punctual, hardworking, and kept disruption to a minimum.<br><br>During the project, an accident resulted in our neighbor’s tree being knocked down. Sponzilli immediately contacted our neighbors directly, took full responsibility, and worked with them to find a solution they were happy with. They ultimately replaced the tree with a beautiful mature tree.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with how our backyard turned out—it exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely use Sponzilli Landscaping Group again for any future landscaping projects.”

In both projects Frank Jager proposed very creative and attractive solutions showing that not only was he capable of removing the overgrowth, he also designed and delivered very personalized landscaping solutions that we love and all all of our neighbors have complimented. “Very happy with the landscaping done by Terracare on our new home. Gary the owner is an absolute pleasure to work with. He took personal interest at every step. Their crew is very courteous The property originally was barren and had no landscape at all. Terracare completely transformed the house with walkways, landscape lighting, fencing, privacy trees, classic and unique shrubs and trees. During this past brutal winter in NJ, only two shrubs died from over 150 or so plantings and the dead ones were promptly replaced once the weather got better. Over 70 tall trees and all survived with no browning. The grass looks beautiful and lush green. I think they used special sod. We constantly receive compliments from neighbors and other visitors. Highly recommend Terracare. Better to spend the money once and be done. 5 stars all the way!”

Every other company wanted to just look at my backyard and then get back to me with plans. Weeks or even months went by before I ever heard from those companies again. Keith Bednar was the only one who came up with plans right on the spot upon seeing my backyard for the very first time, and his plans perfectly aligned with my interests. He even drew out his ideas in my yard with spray paint so I could visualize everything. No other company did that for me. I then received their quote the very next day.<br><br>Their work turned out great. I thought the job would take two weeks but they got it done in one, and Keith and Jeff were there every step of the way making sure that it was being done to my liking. “Update: Tara the owners wife kept in contact with me and they ended up covering the cost of all the repairs needed from the tree cutting next door. Thank you for making this right. Taking responsibility is an automatic 5 stars!<br><br>If you want to deal with a tree company that has integrity and will actually do the right thing, then definitely keep looking for another tree service. These clowns were cutting a large tree at my next door neighbors house. First off no one gave me any notice that this was happening so I never had the chance to cover my koi pond or my pool. The workers were literally cutting large branches off and letting them fall directly into my yard, pond and pool. My backyard and pond were destroyed with saw dust and tree branches all over the place. When I showed their worker Eric, he immediately showed remorse and assisted in cleaning up, which was a good start. I had to call my pond service and pool company right away to come clean everything. I didn’t want the pool filter getting clogged and burning out from all the sawdust. More importantly I was trying to prevent any of my expensive KOI fish from dying. When I called the office, I spoke to Tara. She seemed like she cared and agreed to cover the costs of the pond and pool company’s emergency cleaning that was performed. Now that I have the bill in hand, Tara won’t reply to any of my messages. Talk about a having a lack of integrity and pulling a scum of the earth move. I would say there are plenty of tree services that would do a much better job and also know how to properly handle a business. I despise people with zero integrity, this company is a joke. The only person who is a decent human being on their team is their worker Eric. Stay away at all costs. Contact me if you want any proof, google reviews won’t let me post videos unfortunately.”
