The Dr himself is very personable and kind. He is a dedicated physician that genuinely cares for his patients. The issue I have is the staff and their lack communication skills. During my examination, I had x rays and echo done by his staff. The results weren’t communicated to the Dr so when he was reading off my results to me, I had to ask about the results from the x ray and echo. He didn’t even know I had them done. The staff put the results in a different room and he had to go search for them. The staff also failed to give clarity to myself that certain tests weren’t covered fully by my insurance ( I asked during my booking to clarify anything that wasn’t...read full review
