I recently became a patient at Smile Loft in Orangeburg. I can't say enough about Dr OH, and the entire staff. They ALL care about you, the person, not just as a patient. My experience was more than pleasant. Dr OH was as gentle as he could be considering my situation, as was his assistant. I adore all of them, and thank them for being extremely professional yet sensitive and caring. So glad I did my homework and chose Smile Loft!
I have always had major anxiety about going to the dentist. Embarrassed to say I hadn’t gone in a few years …up until this week. Dr. Malek’s office is BEYOND outstanding . From the second you walk in the office staff is warm and welcoming. Knowing all of my fears they took such amazing care of me and took time to explain every single detail of what was happening! I am so extremely happy I found Smile Loft and Dr. Steve! I can now say with a little encouragement from Dr. Steve and his staff I’m much more comfortable going to the dentist! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very friendly and accommodating staff. I just had a chipped tooth fixed and you can not tell which one it was. Dr. M did an incredible job.
