Well search no more Dr Pinelli is the real deal! I started going to Dr Pinelli in 2007 and hands down best Chiro ever! Every year he calls his clients to wish them a Happy Birthday. What service and how great the team is at what they do! I have referred so many friends. Its worth driving over to NJ for the right care.

A few years ago I injured myself while weight lifting, I sought out help from Pinelli Chiropractic Center after months of being in crucial pain. after about 2-years of treatment and good advised from Dr Tom and Keith I can say that I am living proof that one can regenerate muscle and strength. As soon as I was well enough and able to get back to my wights I began working out a few times a week. Light weight a 45# bar felt like a ton, but I continued to push myself every week at least 3-times a week and regular Chiropractic adjustments a few times a month. This place is the best. Dr Pinelli is treating me for plantar fasciitis. I’m seeing so much improvement in my condition Within first few sittings only. He also explained well the origin of this problem. I’m able to do all those things that I wasn’t able to do since last 3-4 months.I can’t thank Dr Pinelli enough. Also the staff is very courteous, very helpful. I highly recommend this place.
