I went to this place to buy some dye, I found it and when I go to pay, the lady says that I need a hairdressing license and I don't have one, but there is nowhere that requirement, neither at the door nor online, which was where I located the store

I work at La Bottega in Cranford NJ… the owner has used Goldwell for over 30 years. Recently we have been having a lot of issues with the cans not working. When speaking to our rep, there is never anything they can do. Last week our Top Chic 6KR wouldn’t come out of the can so we grabbed a brand new one and again nothing came out. I understand they have a return policy, but when a product has never been used and is obviously damaged or defective, they should at least switch it out for a working one. We are very disappointed.
