After realizing, late in the game, that I was falling into a phone scam that involved my computer, I shut my computer off and called Two River Computer.Ian reassured me that they could work on my computer. Upon my arrival, I met with a friendly man in a ballcap, who made me feel welcome. (I am sorry sir, I know you said your name but I don't remember it, our hat conversation, I do!) Ian came out, checked my phone and took my computer. Great company. Very professional and quickly found the problem with my computer. They kept me updated just about daily. Had a service agreement with Geek Squad where I pay annually for the five computers we have. They didn’t give me the time of day and said they couldn’t fix my problem. After identifying the problem it was fairly simple fix something Geek Squad could have fixed. Obviously I dropped Geek Squad in favor of Two River.
