I can’t recommend Body Alchemy enough! I was so nervous to get my first colonic about a year ago but Erin made me feel so comfortable and cared for that I’m now a regular! I’ve had colonics from Erin, Lauren and Meredith and they are all amazing and so knowledgeable about gut health. I feel amazing and see such improvements in my health. If you’re thinking about a colonic, just do it !

I found out about Body Alchemy from a friend who had a colonic done with Meredith, and decided to give it a try to help with stomach cramping/bloating and constipation. I went for my first colonic about two months ago, and just recently had another one done. Such amazing results, my bloating and constipation subsided and I was feeling so amazing after. Meredith really takes her time and makes sure you’re comfortable during the session, and puts any of your worries at ease. Would highly recommend Body Alchemy to anyone interested in their services.
