Just had my house cleaned. Amazing work by Scott. Took the time to explain the process and didnt rush the job, took his time and got it done right. Our HVAC vendor recommended Tri-State and couldnt be happier.

We had Scott from Tri-State come out as a sub from our local HVAC company. We needed to re-schedule our initial visit last-minute to illness in our family and he was very flexible and it was easy to get re-scheduled. On our service date, Scott arrived on time, explained the process to us, got set up and quickly got to work. He was very personable and we felt comfortable having him in our home. He was very thorough and from what we can see, did a great job cleaning our vents. We'll keep his card around for the next time we need work done.
