Ponte Bella offers a relaxing and quiet atmosphere, with friendly stylists who provide good service. The washers and blowouts are decent, and the deep conditioning treatment is a highlight. While the receptionist could improve the scheduling process, the stylists themselves do a great job, including Joseline, who brings hair back to life. Overall, customers can expect a pleasant experience with a nice outcome.

I loved the place, I had been looking for a Dominican salon for a long time, to be able to cut my hair. Raisa did it spectacularly, I showed her what I wanted and at first I was scared, but I left the place more than pleased. The attention, service and above all my cut

The quality of service was okay. The washer was decent. She was nice but she was a little too gentle with washing my hair and didn't spend a lot of time. The overall service was good. Raissa always does a great job with blowing out my hair. The vibe was very relaxing and quiet which I loved. However, I didn't like the receptionist did not like go by the line up of when customers arrived to pair them with a stylist. 2 people that arrived after me went before me causing me to wait longer than anticipated. The process needs to be improved. Other than that I would recommend.

The hairdressers are nice. I didn't have to wait long. And they actually straightened my hair. I look nice for senior pics. My fav part was the deep conditioning..I like when they massaged my scalp lol
