I love having Jackson Hewitt do my taxes. I've been coming to them for 15 plus years. Only disadvantage this year was I chose a different location then I usually go to, the service was horrible. Don't go to the Adeline Ave Jackson Hewitt for service. I my experience at that location was horrible. I have to stick with the Pennington Ave location or Olden Ave location.
This is a great place to do one's taxes, we had great experience of doing it today. Brittany, the tax consultant here who helped us in preparing and filing taxes is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We never felt rushed, she did a very thorough review of our docs and financial details in completing the return. We are well pleased with the overall experience at this office! Highly recommended!!!
