Very poor quality care. Dr.Reagan pretty much made things worse. The office has a dog walking around. Not a sterile environment. I would never go there again. Better off just going to the ER. Definitely do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I came in with an infected cyst that I couldn't deal with anymore, and this wasn't what I expected from an urgent care. With my business administering random DOT drug screens and requiring DOT physicals I have a lot of experience with urgent care locations, and this one was by far the best I'd ever been to. The receptionist was friendly, shot the breeze with me about football, and I was seen promptly. The doctor and her assistant were wonderful and personable, and they kept me well at ease during the procedure. horrible horrible horrible. do not go here. I came in with a fever, cough, sore throat, and severe body aches. After getting inspected by the physicians I was told that I don't have a fever and thats it's probably just a viral infection. instead of using their resources to rapid test me and get me the care that I need, they did the 1-2 test for Covid, Flu, and RC4 that bypasses the window to take Tamiflu. After waiting 3 days I got my results back that I was positive for the flu. They prescribed me Amoxicillin. After I picked up the prescription, my mother in law that's a nurse questioned why they would give me antibiotics for the flu because it could worsen... read full review
