Just over a week ago I had major upper back and shoulder pain and decided to try massage therapy. I was able to get a last-minute appointment for the next day. I was incredibly pleased with the experience. Ursula was very professional and caring. She took time to watch me walk and examined me to figure out exactly what my issues were; she explained to me how/why she was doing what she did; and she ensured that we both took steps to minimize risk of COVID-19. I have been going to Ursula on and off for many years to help with chronic lower back, hip flexor and neck pain. She, and her work, are amazing! Her therapeutic massages release the tension, stretch muscles which enable me to have greater range of motion, more fluidity and live pain-free. She has amazing understanding of the body and how muscles and body structure works and isolates the root cause and works to fundamentally fix the problems - including teaching exercises to help your body regain “homeostasis state”.I highly recommend Ursula.
