Very disrespectful non professional they demand tips upon pick up of trash and they are very ignorant from the front office all the way down to the thrower on the back of the truckServices: Waste recycling

My parents live in an area contracted out to this company for recycling. One day, no recycling was collected on the block. My mother emailed to ask for someone to come pick up - and when they did, instead of picking it up, they responded with an email with an image pointing out every little thing that was apparently now "unrecyclable."Well I guess your employees have been missing the mark for years then - because we've been recycling the same way for years.Just felt like an unprofessional way to respond to simply not showing up and doing the job as originally promised. Almost as if they were looking for an excuse to provide for the lack of pickup.

When we moved here four years ago, they were doing excellent job, they responded back via email because I am deaf. Since last year more garbage skipped on our scheduled day of the week, I emailed and complained, no response at all four times. Never emailed again since they don't respond back. So far, again they skipped garbage on our street today...what gives?!
