If it is the last one I write, it will have been worth my time to write it simply as a token of my genuine appreciation to Shawn, and worth someone’s time to read it if they are looking to hire a company that is uniquely professional, reliable, fair, and fun. In my world- fun counts. Due to an upcoming renovation, I needed some household items moved from my basement up three flights of stairs, some moved from the basement to the garage across the street, some hauled away for good, and some (furniture) delivered to a relative. On the eve of the job (late) my neighbor, and the relative to whom I was delivering the furniture, BOTH asked me if it were too late to join in on the action. They also had a need for some of this wonderfulness in their lives to help with some moving and hauling. I contacted Shawn with the additional requests and within a few hours he drew up and emailed invoices to accommodate everyone. Knock me over with a feather! When the job was done, the text exchanges among us regarding the job, and about Shawn in particular, was like a full-out lovefest. Because this is what Shawn brings if you hire B&M Moving Company: * Exceptional customer service * Phone calls and text message returned in a timely fashion * A person who shows up when he says he will, and does what he says he will, and does it in the amount of time he told you he would. * Positive and friendly energy that is 100% genuine. This company is awesome - they're fast, efficient, friendly, professional. From the first contact, I felt that their only focus was ensuring that my move was stress-free. Shawn was upfront about costs, and his communication was excellent - making sure to keep me in the loop on everything including things like their ETA. All my belonging were handled with care, and the team purposefully set aside lighter items for me and took care of the heavy things themselves. They were upbeat, professional, and friendly people who made a stressful last-minute move a breeze.
B&M was great to work with! I received Bayshawn’s contact from a mutual friend and it was a complete gem! We went over my move out plan and he presented me with different options that would save me money! Once Bayshawn and his team showed up to start the move it was an instant connection. It went from “movers” to friends instantly. He remained professional and worked to complete my move fast and efficiently! Dependable, accommodating and personable top 3 words to describe B&M!
