My running times are faster and my overall health has improved. I came in as a runner, post menopausal with a knee replacement, who had no strength or agility. I knew the importance of lifting weights as a woman over 50. I was lacking knowledge and drive. Being new to the area I didn’t know about any of the gyms. The moment I talked with Michele on the phone I had a feeling this might be the right place for me. I have been going 3 times a week since June. I do the earliest morning classes and love it. It’s a variety of people who all have their reason and there is no judgement. We encourage one another. The instructors are amazing. They work with you individually and make sure to modify if needed. I feel encouraged and motivated. I am grateful to have a place that has been comfortable from the first class.”
