I used Nancy for many years, and for the most part had no problems. However, she made a rude comment this prior year and we decided to go elsewhere for our tax service needs. We had a vital piece of our prior year tax return not included and asked for her to forward this information. I emailed her in the beginning of March with no response. I emailed her again later in March, still no response. We then called and she was sarcastic and upset that we where leaving her business and going elsewhere.
