“I've been with Revolutionize since February 2023 I started with my Nutritionist Kristin, who placed me on Macronutrients to follow along with Calorie allotment. As I saw on the Walls at Revolutionize all the Competitors, male & female, knowing I always wanted to compete.
1 Year later I started with Michele & Randy for Coaching to do my 1st Bikini Competition. My first show, Muscle Beach was July 27, 2024. I can actually say I had a Safe & Healthy Prep for my first competition. Any questions I asked were always answered. I started when I first came in @ 119lbs, 5'3. Each week my body scans would show a difference how my body was changing. But to see the changes in body composition as the real magic happened prepping for my show & weight coming off made this dream come alive! I plan on competing again next year along with the guidance of Michele & Randi. Who else would I want ????. Emmy H ???“
