The office is clean, and technicians like Lana are skilled at putting patients at ease during procedures. While some minor issues may arise, the overall experience is positive, with staff members like Michelle and Dianne going above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and reassured.
I have been to this facility several times in the last 10 years for MRI, ultrasound and annual mammogram and the staff has always been helpful. I was always seen on time, with little to no wait.
I went for an MRI of my foot and X-rays of both knees. I found the office staff and the technicians extremely nice and helpful👍I was very happy and i will continue to go there as needed. 👍
Tried to make an appointment for a chest xray. They say you don’t need one. Just walk in. Nowhere can you find hours of operation. Tried to call to find out when they open. On hold for 15 minutes. Went from being 8 in the queue at about 11 minutes wait time to being 7 in the queue which would be about 20 minutes.
