Been coming to Empire CrossFit for 4 years and love it! Carol and Robin are amazing owners who genuinely care about their members. The coaches are always helpful and offer great tips to help you improve.
The programming is SOLID, and the community is what really makes this place special. Kinda like that tv show Cheers, but a gym where everyone knows you. Highly recommended!

I've been here for two weeks, they offered me a free trial, and I decided to enroll because the instructors are excellent! They are punctual and responsible and the place is super clean and well equipped. All the instructors I've had classes with (three so far) noticed I was new and asked if I had any injuries, correcting my postures to ensure I do them correctly. Highly recommended! Even the owner is super friendly, he noticed I was knew and came to introduce himself, I said wow he clearly puts effort into running this place the right way! So far, I'm really enjoying getting back into training.
