Coaches and clients are friendly, knowledgeable, and personable. The facilities are clean and attractive. Additionally, the class schedule is very accommodating to every kind of lifestyle.

This is hands down the best gym in Northern NJ. The space is huge and they have all the equipment you could possibly need for a CrossFit or functional fitness type workout. The coaches are top notch. Members are some of the strongest people I've seen compared to other gyms in the area. They have multiple classes from early morning to midday to evening. Probably the best thing about this gym is that they have open gym all day long, which is pretty much unheard of for a CrossFit gym, so you can take advantage of all of the equipment for your own programming, and there is plenty of space to do so, usually even if a class is going on.

Fast twitch is an awesome facility with everything you could want in a training session, including a sauna! I would recommend fast twitch to anyone looking to work with knowledgeable trainers to help make a true lifestyle change.
