H&R Block

Was expecting a phone call on two separate times from this place. Had to get a district manager for H&R Block to contact this location on my behalf due to their negligence. Don’t bother replying to my message with some scripted H.R. reply as I will update mine accordingly. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else to do your taxes. One phone call as you were supposed to could have resolved the issue so I now will leave this wonderful 1 star rating. Enjoy!

I’m not the person to write reviews but BE AWARE! It all started with PAT MYKULAK
She was very rude and not helpful at all even after the amount of money I paid them.
They couldn’t give me any kind of suggestion on what to do for the next year And kind of just laughed about the whole situation.

This all happened last year. I’m just that upset that I did my taxes myself this Without paying a bunch of money and still got back more than I did going through these guys.
Please watch out these guys are crooks and don’t want to help you just themselves.
