The best thing I liked about WW is you can speak to a live person. The issues I had developed early am. The service took my information and someone called me back by 7:30 am. Very professional and showed up as scheduled. I would recommend them for all electric services. Thank you!!
I used the wire wiz. Three times in the months of Dec 2023 and Jan 2024. They did an electrical inspection, fixed some wiring issues in our attic, and an additional wiring issue under our house. Matt was our service person and he returned all three times. Very knowledgeable and mentioned he had been doing electrical work for over twenty years. I had lots of questions but he was very patient with me. We have used this company 2 other times. We were not disappointed. ?
Purchased a bathroom fan to replace an old one and quickly realized we were in over our head. Called Wire Wiz and they were able to send someone out the same day (luckily they had a few cancelations). I was given a time frame of 12p-2p and the gentleman (should have gotten his name!) arrived 15-20 earlier than that. Was able to get all the work done and out the door in less than 2 hours. Easy to make payment and the price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone.Overall this was a super smooth, positive experience and I will definitely call Wire Wiz again for all my electrical needs....but hopefully not any time soon, haha.
