She talked me through everything and really made the whole thing a great experience and I am IN LOVE with how it turned out so tysm Rachel!! Next, everyone I interacted with was so nice and professional, super patient and answered any questions I had. Finally, just the vibe of the place is incredible. The shop is gorgeous with a whole dark, Gothic, romantic steampunk-esque feel to it, with plants and art everywhere, so even just sitting there waiting for my appointment was a nice experience.
