I’ve had a bad experience from this place in the past not honoring my warranty on tires bought there and trying to charge me. However, I was recently there for what I thought was an emergency and the crew assessed the issue, gave recommendations, and a proposal. I feel confident that they didn’t attempt to pull the wool over my eyes. I believe there is new management here. This is my new go- to place again
Tyler was absolutely amazing! He listened to my problem, educated me in something I didn’t know, and helped me quickly! He was honest and didn’t try to upsell me something unnecessary. I was very blown away at his customer service and honesty! I will definitely be back! Please give that man a raise he deserves it. 10/10
I had a screw lodged in my tire. I called on a Saturday morning and they were able to get me in first thing in the afternoon. They plugged it up and I was done in 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable and service was excellent. I strongly recommend Mavis.
