About AtlantiCare LifeCenter, Egg Harbor Township
AtlantiCare LifeCenter in Egg Harbor Township is a gym that offers a variety of activities and classes for its members. The indoor track and the friendly staff are highlights of this gym. The gym offers aqua classes with quality instructors, but the availability of these classes is limited to weekdays, which may not be convenient for everyone. Additionally, there is childcare available, but there have been instances where the front desk has failed to notify members of any changes or cancellations. This can be particularly discouraging for single parents who have to balance their schedules and finances to be able to come to the gym. In summary, AtlantiCare LifeCenter is a decent gym with potential for improvement. The variety of activities, friendly staff, and quality instructors are its strengths, while the maintenance of equipment, cleanliness of facilities, and communication regarding childcare are areas that need attention.
Was a member of the Lifecenter for approximately 5 years and this is the BEST gym in Atlantic County (maybe even New Jersey). Unfortunately had to cancel my membership (contrary to some other reviewers experience… the cancellation process was easy, I just had to give them a 30 days notice). and find a new gym due to me moving out of they area, however I miss the Lifecenter everyday.

I’ve been working out here over a year. It’s 10 minutes from my house on English Creek Avenue in EHT. It is a wonderful health club and gym. The men’s and ladies locker rooms are fast and clean. You can shower and there’s a place you can blow dry your hair and do make up. There is also a changing room in the ladies room and a scale. The weights and the machines are on the second floor overlooking Delilah and English Creek Avenue. Lots of treadmills, elliptical bra. Peloton’s.. They have all sorts of fitness classes. Great gym, the male custodian I think his name is Kevin and I’m not sure what he gets paid but double It.
That is one of the main reason I continue to use this gym because of the cleanliness he provides, when I am there and he is working non stop. Also weekend hours aren’t great.
