I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had two separate issues, a mold problem in my garage caused by a roof leak and a small flood in my basement from a leaking condensation pump. From the moment I called, their response time was incredible. They were at my home within an hour to assess the situation, which immediately put my mind at ease.
The team acted quickly to prevent the damage from getting worse. In the basement, they removed all of the carpet, padding, and tack strips and treated the area to help prevent mold growth and further issues. Their fast response likely saved me from a much larger and more expensive problem.

Spencer at Atlantic Mold LLC was fantastic. He picked up the phone right away and even went out the very same day to provide us with a quote and estimate. He answered my call while in a crawlspace working!
The pricing was very fair considering the amount of work involved, and the estimate included brand new insulation and a vapor barrier in addition to the mold remediation itself. This includes pre and post testing of the living areas. Spencer was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. He also gave recommendations about how to prevent moisture problems in the future.
