Recently I was two days from closing on the sale of a property my father had inherited 10yrs ago and was told by the title company that I needed a NJ inheritance tax waiver form from 2014. I called Pamela and within 15 minutes she was able to locate the form and email it to me and avoided a major problem. I couldn’t believe that they still had his file. Saved the day.
