You have to brace yourself whenever you take a 13-year-old vehicle to the shop for a random funny noise and a weird smell. I was pleased to find out, within an hour, it was only a minor repair needed. This is the second time I have brought my Ford Escape to these gentlemen. The first time was for routine brakes and an oil change and some other minor things and both times they got back to me quickly with an estimate and an explanation in plain English. Both times my repaired vehicle was ready exactly when promised, and in today's case that was the very same day. They are thorough, efficient and courteous. Their pricing is more than fair as well.
