Spring Hills Senior Communities provides great care and services. It is known for delivering the very best care possible. Residents receive good care from the nurses and effective physical therapy, helping them return to their regular daily life and mobility. Communication with families is also noted. While some feel the food could improve, overall experiences are very good. It is also described as a wonderful and amazing place to work, with great care and communication.
My mother resided there for almost seven years. I was very happy with the care she received when she was in the assisted living area. She was included in all the activities and the staff was very nice and respectful. Her nursing care was also wonderful. She developed a relationship with the nurses where she was able to feel safe and cared for. After a few years she had to be moved to the memory care unit where she received one on one care. The nurses and care takers were wonderful. After she passed on April 6th we were supposed to receive a credit from her room and board charges. Till this day I have not received the credit from her account even after several phones calls and email messages. I don’t know how a mutual respectful relationship can change so quickly.
