He engaged me as overseas consultant and as per agreement he is supposed to pay me, he didn't paid my pending invoice since 10 months , i followed up 100 emails and phone calls, but he blocked me.. He gives Gyan about professionalism to others but infact he is not professional. Also further He says that he is Indian Chartered accountant also however he dont remember his membership number, he is bluff master.

Avoid this place at all costs. They are terrible with communication and customer service and they made a large tax mistake and lost us thousands of dollars, which took years to get back from the IRS at my own efforts. When I kept pressing them to help fix the issue they causes I was told that their corporate accounts were more important than my personal account so they just kept putting off helping to get back the money they lost me. Terrible.

Wish I could give negative stars. After 20+ years of working with them (and my parents for many years prior), legitimately the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not responsive at all, and even made huge errors along the way, and failed to rectify them for over a year. I don't know why I was loyal to this firm for so long, but it was a huge mistake. I have found a much better firm (for a better price) who responds to communication and knows how to treat customers.
