I had a great experience at Patel Eye Associates in New Jersey. Nisha at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process quick and easy. Dr. Patel was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office was clean and well-organized. I would definitely recommend them for excellent eye care

Today I visited this place Over all they provide good service but waiting time is too much Mu visit was scheduled at 2.15 PM but my turn came at 2.50 PM Reason Standard answer “BACK UP” if we go late immediately they say “ you are late” Waiting time is more over and above their wash room is not working for VERY LONG TIME One of the smoke detector/ carbon dioxide is missing in waiting area PARKING IS BIGGEST PROBLEM HERE HOW EVER Staff is very good and efficient Hopefully they will do something for parking
