I previously worked at a Big Four accounting firm and received an email from Parker and Lynch. I received numerous recruiting emails weekly and would normally just delete, but was intrigued by the position and location. I reached out to the recruiter, Carly, and she was very responsive. Although she worked out of the Edison location, she was extremely accommodating and met me at a convenient location close to my home. Rather than just the typical email correspondence or phone call, Carly and Parker and Lynch, arrange a face to face initial meeting in order to gauge interest in the position and to discuss what I was looking for in my next career move.
