In December 2023 I had an HVAC system installed by Elite Air that went out of business immediately after the installation. Warranty, etc. was turned over to A. J. Perri. When I thought my humidifier wasn't working, I called A. J. Perri and the technician came and told me I had to spend over $700+. I wanted to speak to the Manager because the humidifier wasn't even two years since installation. I then called Edison Heating & Cooling. Best decision I made. We had such an incredible experience with Edison Heating & Cooling from start to finish! RJ was absolutely amazing during the sales and ordering process – he took the time to thoroughly inspect our units, explain everything clearly, and recommend the perfect AC/furnace systems for our home. His patience was phenomenal. As a full-time working family with two little ones, we truly appreciated how seamless he made the entire process. Superb all around. One of the best companies in my life, as a homeowner. They are responsive, reasonably priced, all their service people seem excellent and they deliver above and beyond expectation. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
