really shocked to read the other reviews. I have been with them for awhile and have always had great and responsive service. the guy that came today Yusuf was excellent. explained everything was all around great!!
I was ready to cancel my contract with Eco shield but this person was so nice it reminded me how nice everyone at Eco shield is .She then went on to tell me that the visits can be organized and placed during the dates I want As long as I have the required amounts of service .She also stressed how important it is to combat the insects during egg laying months .So I agreed and I decided to follow the contracts requirements .I hope to continue to be a member of the Eco shield family for a long time to come .
Cathy A was very helpful in helping me with my issue that I had with EcoShield, an up and coming company and the customer service is very good! Keep up the Very good work EchoSheild!
