Craig responded very quickly to diagnose and address the faulty drainage of my furnace humidifier. Drainage pipes were backing up into the furnace preventing proper ignition and had to be replaced. Craig shut down the humidifier eliminating water source, so we could safely have heat that evening. The very next day two crew members Kenny and Paul properly configured and replaced the pipes and fittings so all is working as it should.I appreciate Craig’s honest accurate assessment and the quality and value of the work performed.
