This company was a complete waste of time and effort. It seemed promising in the beginning when I was working with Alex. We talked a lot about my experience and what I was looking for and he told me there were some jobs he thought I’d be good for. I spoke with some other recruiters who, I guess, worked with him as a team. They didn’t seem to think I was a good fit. Did not seem like everyone was on the same page. I did finally get an interview somewhere and after that interview I heard nothing else. Alex disappeared, he no longer kept in contact. I just gave up with Areotek after that. The attention and concern of the staff and my recruiter Cynthia, who advised me and guided me at all times during my process and then throughout the time I worked with them. Very, very satisfied and without a doubt I would recommend Aerotek to everyone. Excellent work by the girls, especially Cynthia ?
