I would highly recommend 1800 Heaters if you need a new hot water heater. My hot water heater blew on a Thursday afternoon. I went to Lowe's and spoke to a sales lady to pick out a new heater. She said, if I wasn't installing it myself, there was a much easier and less stressful way to go. She went on to explain that all I had to do is give my phone number, name, email, address and size of the hot water heater I needed and someone would call me with-in the hour.

This company was amazing. They had everything organized. Communication was on key. Technician was polite and explained what he was going to do. And explained if I need to update the wiring as well, so the water heater would work efficiently. I would recommend this team definitely!!!!
First off, after spending a grand, address mead Mr., we aren’t friends family or coworkers. Give your customers the respect they deserve.
Firstly, yes you’re definitely overpriced and that may be because you don’t have any locations in New York. But you did have some expert installers and that is probably the most important compliment. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They truly are the lynchpin to your success.
Secondly, I thought removal was inclusive in the estimate but found out it was an additional $100. Way to go to squeeze it all out. But there’s something inherently wrong when delivery, installation and removal is almost twice the cost of the...read full review
